Home Supervisor (Full-Time) – Residential Behavioral Health

Crossroads Program | Boys Ages 12-17 | Specialized program for supporting adolescent boys with problematic sexualized behaviors

Lead a Trauma-Informed Residential Treatment Team That Changes Lives

The Crossroads Program provides a highly structured, trauma-informed residential environment for adolescent boys ages 12–17 with problematic sexualized behaviors. Through evidence-based treatment, healthy relationship building, accountability, and skill development, youth are supported in making meaningful, lasting change.

As the Residential Home Supervisor, you'll lead the daily operations of the home while coaching and developing a direct care team. You'll partner closely with clinical leadership to create a safe, therapeutic environment where youth can heal, staff can grow professionally, and families can find hope for the future.

This role is ideal for an experienced leader who is passionate about developing others, fostering a positive team culture, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of adolescents.


Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday during business hours, some on-call requirements.

What You'll Do

Lead & Develop Your Team

  • Supervise, coach, and support a team of Youth Treatment Specialists.
  • Provide regular feedback, performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities.
  • Coordinate staff onboarding, orientation, and ongoing training.
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and collaborative team culture.
  • Participate in interviewing, hiring, and mentoring new employees and interns.

Support Exceptional Client Care

  • Partner with clinicians and program leadership to maintain a therapeutic, trauma-informed residential environment.

  • Support staff in implementing individualized treatment plans and evidence-based interventions.
  • Model effective relationship-building and professional treatment techniques.
  • Ensure youth receive quality care while maintaining safety, structure, and consistency.

Oversee Program Operations

  • Develop staff schedules and assist with payroll administration.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing standards, agency policies, quality assurance expectations, and documentation requirements.
  • Monitor training completion, regulatory requirements, inspections, and reporting.
  • Oversee the home's physical environment, supplies, nutrition, and maintenance needs.
  • Participate in on-call coverage to support staffing and program operations.

Collaborate Across the Organization

  • Work closely with clinicians, residential leadership, Human Resources, the Learning Institute, Nursing, Education, Recreation Therapy, and other departments.

  • Lead and participate in team meetings focused on client care and staff development.
  • Build positive relationships with families, community partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Support agency initiatives, utilization efforts, and continuous quality improvement.

Background & Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited undergraduate college, and a minimum of two (2) years of competent Youth Treatment experience
    • –or- an Associate’s degree and a minimum of three (3) years of competent Youth Treatment experience
    • –or- a High School diploma and a minimum or four (4) Years of competent Direct Care experience
  • Familiarity and identification with basic concepts of residential treatment programming and the role of the Youth Treatment Specialist.
  • Prior experience providing leadership, and working with interdisciplinary teams preferred.
  • Subscription to the Statement of Faith of Wedgwood Christian Services and agreement with the goal, purpose and objectives of the agency.
