OPPORTUNITY
Independently owned and operated, the distillery is searching for bright, enthusiastic, self-starters to serve as Seasonal Brand Ambassador(s) on-site for the spring/summer period (May-Aug). The position(s) will allow our ideal candidate(s) to work alongside industry veterans, creative talents, and outdoor enthusiast, in a fun, entrepreneurial, and fast-paced environment. Seasonal Brand Ambassadors must be social, charismatic and well-spoken, as they play an active part in direct consumer engagement and brand-building, aimed at sharing our story, spirits, and elevated experiences across multiple channels.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Learn the Brush Creek Distillery story, portfolio, and products, by becoming an active participant in multiple aspects of the distillery's operations
  • Promote product knowledge and customer engagement with ranch guest, general public visitors, trade partners, media, and influencers.
  • Lead or support guest experiences, which include - Distillery Tours, Spirits Tastings, Curated Experiences, and local in-market events.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador/educator in our retail environment and various areas of our on-site operations
  • Conduct point-of-sale retail transactions, packaging, and coordination of on-site product delivery
  • Support recapping metrics and sales updates to communicate success with our program
  • Oversee/Support retail inventory, conduct audits, and communicate needs and/or recommendations
  • Assist in pre-opening preparedness, mid-shift and closing practices
  • Actively grow your spirits knowledge through continuing education and hands-on involvement with the distillery team
  • Deliver satisfaction and strengthen brand adoption through storytelling and inspirational testimony
  • Assist in numerous aspects of brand marketing related to social media, advocacy, guest engagement, trade partnerships and influencers
  • Provide direct support for VIPs, special events, and on & off-site promotions
  • Support our Operations team in Bottling/Packaging operations (as needed)

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
  • Great communication skills
  • Experience related to the hospitality industry, marketing, sales, promotions, and social media
  • Alcohol industry experience preferred (but not required)
  • Passion for the spirits industry, marketing, customer engagement and brand-building
  • Charismatic with strong storytelling skills and ability to education and inspire up to 25+ individuals
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Capable of providing effective input related to consumer, trade, and press events
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency, adventure, and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Creative, high-energy, enthusiasm and a good team player
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Education - College degree or active college student (21+). Internship seekers welcome!
  • Ability to relocate to Saratoga, WY for seasonal internship (May - August 2025)
  • Ability to travel (as needed) to support local and regional events/promotions

PREREQUISITES:
  • 21 Years of Age or Older
  • Active driver's license
  • Availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to provide seasonal employment &/or internship commitment
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule due to the needs of the business
  • Must enjoy working in an entrepreneurial, team atmosphere related to the spirits/hospitality industry
  • Must be dependable, a self-starter, loyal and honest
    • Ability to work off-property as-needed
