Job description

About Sprinter Health
At Sprinter Health, we're reimagining how people access care by bringing it directly into their homes. Nearly 30% of patients in the U.S. skip preventive or chronic care because they can't get to a doctor's office. For many, the ER becomes their first touchpoint with the healthcare system, driving more than $300B in avoidable costs each year.
By applying the same technologies that power leading marketplace and last-mile platforms, we deliver care where people are, especially those who need it most. To date, we've supported more than 2 million patients across 22 states, completed 130,000+ in-home visits, and maintained a 92 NPS. We've raised over $125M from investors including a16z, General Catalyst, GV, and Accel, and have multi-year runway.
The Role
We're looking for an organized, proactive, and resourceful Office Manager to support our San Francisco office on a part-time basis. This is a highly visible role that helps shape the day-to-day employee and visitor experience.
You'll be the go-to person for keeping the office running smoothly, creating a welcoming environment, supporting team events, and anticipating needs before they arise. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, exercises strong judgment, and enjoys being an ambassador for a great office experience and company culture.
This role is 20-25 hours per week, generally 9:00am-2:00pm, based in our San Francisco office.
What You'll Do
Office Management
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the San Francisco office.
  • Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, welcoming, and well-stocked.
  • Partner with building management and outside vendors on office and common space needs.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Coordinate daily lunch orders, manage office supplies, and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, helping create a warm and professional office environment.
Event Planning
  • Plan and execute team meetings, office gatherings, and company events.
  • Coordinate logistics including venues, travel, catering, agendas, and attendee communications.
  • Partner with People and Leadership teams to deliver thoughtful experiences that strengthen company culture and connection.
  • Act as an ambassador for Sprinter's culture in the office and beyond.
About You
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of administrative, office management, operations, hospitality, or related experience. Internships and part-time roles count.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable taking initiative on administrative and operational projects.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable balancing multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Calendar.
  • Reliable, resourceful, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience planning off-sites, team events, or company-wide gatherings.
  • Experience supporting executives, People teams, or office operations in a startup environment.
What Makes You Successful
  • You anticipate needs before they become urgent.
  • You stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly when priorities shift.
  • You communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently with executives, employees, guests, and vendors.
  • You enjoy solving problems and creating structure where needed.
  • You bring a service-oriented mindset while maintaining strong boundaries and excellent judgment.
  • You take pride in creating an office environment where people feel welcomed, supported, and cared for.
What We Offer
  • Opportunity to make a meaningful impact at a mission-driven healthcare technology company.
  • Competitive compensation.
  • 401(k) with company match.
  • Free daily in-office lunch.
  • Annual learning stipend.
