Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with AI/Generative AI expertise to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will gather and analyze business requirements, identify AI-driven opportunities, and support the successful delivery of AI and Generative AI initiatives. The candidate should have experience working with data, AI/ML concepts, and Agile development methodologies.

  • Experience working with AI/ML development teams and data scientists.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI-powered business solutions.
  • Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint planning.
  • Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.

  • Experience with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, Vertex AI, or AWS AI services.
  • Exposure to Python or data analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • AI-related certifications or Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA).

Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for AI and Generative AI initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and data scientists.
  • Create user stories, process flows, BRDs, FRDs, and acceptance criteria.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and improve business processes using AI.
  • Support AI solution design, testing, UAT, and production deployment.
  • Perform data analysis to validate business requirements and measure solution effectiveness.
  • Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Ensure project deliverables align with business objectives and compliance requirements.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
