Job description

Do you have experience with developing estimates, working with subcontractors, and completing paperwork and reports?

The Energy Auditor position at Community Concepts might be a great fit for you!

This position works with clients to help improve the quality of life for people and ensure they have a safe home environment, improved building comfort, and a healthier indoor environment. The ideal candidate will be team-oriented, strive for high-quality services, and have some experience with estimates, bids, and subcontractors. This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position based out of Lewiston, with required daily travel throughout Androscoggin, Oxford, and Cumberland Counties with use of a company vehicle. 


Starting Rate: $21.50/hour

To Qualify: High school diploma or G.E.D., two years of high school or post-secondary vocational education in home construction, or three years of on-the-job work experience. Maine State Licensed Energy Auditor or BPI Building Analyst certification is preferred; asbestos, lead & radon training is helpful. Must have a valid Maine driver's license and liability insurance. Comprehensive background checks must be completed as a condition of employment and ongoing as required.
