Job description


Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Driving throughout Orange & Sullivan County (Company Car)
  • Conducting Energy Audits in client’s homes
  • Testing of heating and cooling systems
  • Blower door tests (tests air tightness of home)
  • Inspection of electrical appliances
  • Health and safety testing
  • Guide clients through the entirety of their projects, answer their questions, inform them of the results from their audit, and discuss the options for their project.

Applicants must have:

  • A valid driver’s license
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • A valid BPI Building Analyst Professional Certification (preferred)
  • Be able to lift 50lbs
  • Be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time.

Experience:
  • Energy Auditing: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
  • BPI Building Analyst Professional Certification (Preferred)
  • Driver's License (Required)
