Responsibilities

Depending on the role, responsibilities may include:

  • Perform manufacturing operations following GMP and SOP guidelines.
  • Execute upstream or downstream bioprocessing activities.
  • Prepare and formulate manufacturing batches according to production schedules.
  • Complete and review batch records accurately and thoroughly.
  • Support manufacturing operations by preparing materials, equipment, and documentation.
  • Maintain cleanroom procedures and aseptic techniques.
  • Identify and communicate process deviations while supporting investigations.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to meet manufacturing goals.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related scientific discipline.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a regulated GMP environment or willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends or shifts if required.

Preferred:

  • Internship or laboratory experience.
  • Experience working in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or manufacturing environments.
  • Knowledge of GMP documentation and batch records.
