Job description

Bellwether is excited to announce its fifth year of the Bellwether Women's Mentorship Program for undergraduate women at local universities who are interested in pursuing a career in real estate. The application portal is available on the Bellwether website where undergrads can apply to be paired with women at the Los Angeles and Dallas offices based on their interests, experience, and goals. Mentees will utilize the mentors for advice on internships and recruiting as well as career guidance as they break into CRE through monthly meetings and networking events. Deadline to apply is September 25th, 2026. The program is open to all college undergraduate women. If you are not local to Los Angeles or Dallas and are interested in participating remotely, please apply to the Los Angeles location.ย ย
