  • Meets quality expectations through disciplined self-checks, accurate incorporation of manager feedback, and QA+QC follow-through-minimizing repeat errors and rework within assigned scope.
  • Demonstrates growing proficiency producing and coordinating assigned project deliverables by identifying conflicts early and resolving routine issues with increasing independence.
  • Escalates higher-risk items appropriately and applies lessons learned to reduce repeat issues.
  • Applies BHDP standards for tools, documentation, and file organization to maintain project consistency within assigned deliverables.
  • Uses approved resources (templates, standards, typicals) appropriately and maintains internal alignment across the work.
  • Communicates clear status, roadblocks, and next steps to the project team and/or manager and closes loops within expected timeframes.
  • Works with others and cooperates respectfully by incorporating feedback accurately and flagging concerns early with clear questions and/or proposed next steps.
  • Manages assigned time and scope to meet deadlines and planned hours, escalating scope/time risks early with clear next steps.
  • Submits accurate, on-time weekly timesheets for client billing and understands how project timekeeping and utilization impact project accounting and profitability.
