Big Rapids CDJR is looking for an energetic, driven, and results-focused Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop talent, and drive dealership growth. This is an opportunity to join one of West Michigan's most respected dealer groups and make an immediate impact.
We are seeking a leader who can motivate a team, create accountability, improve processes, and help our sales staff consistently achieve their goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and motivate a team of Sales Consultants
  • Desk deals and assist in closing transactions
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales talent
  • Hold the team accountable to performance goals
  • Drive lead management and follow-up processes
  • Monitor inventory, pricing, and sales performance
  • Build strong customer relationships and community connections
  • Work closely with Finance and Fixed Operations teams
  • Create a positive, high-performance sales culture
