Provides clinical services to youth, adolescents, and families by assessing their needs, developing treatment plans, and coordinating care with the treatment team. Assists with crisis intervention, case management, and connecting clients to resources while maintaining accurate and timely documentation, reports, and outcome measures in compliance with agency requirements.
