Job Description

Want to work in one of the most crucial teams at Fresh Digital Group? Do you have the grit to work for a super fast-paced digital startup? If so, Fresh Digital Group (FRSH) has an internship position available within their Sales and Strategy Department.  This position plays a significant impact on the growth of the company via administrative and analytical support to accomplish FRSH's short-term and long-term customer relationship goals.

FRSH is looking for a bright and capable Account Manager Intern with high energy who is an extremely organized and detail-oriented leader. You will be responsible for assigning tasks to other interns and ensuring that the weekly objectives are completed and documented. As you will be working directly with the CEO and Strategy team, you must be crazy curious about learning all things digital and voice-related tech. A keen interest on learning the ins and outs of the industry is imperative.  Once you have proven your growth trajectory, you may be asked to attend events with the CEO and other team members, this offer you amazing opportunities in the NYC emerging tech and media playground while learning how to be an executive and interacting with clients.

Qualifications
  • Recent grad preferred

  • High-level critical thinking skills

  • High emotional intelligence (primarily in -office and out- of -office awareness requirements, being able to deal with constructive criticism in a fast-paced environment, aware of emotions of clients and workers while communicating)

  • MUST be able to conduct high level email exchanges

  • Thrives under pressure and in a fast paced environment

  • Fluent in English with impeccable written and presentation skills

  • Previous experience in a startup is a PLUS

  • Works best in an environment with many moving parts, and as part of a team

  • Values organization over EVERYTHING

  • Understand how technology, media, and creativity are evolving and are part of a fast, new environment/landscape

  • Strives to be an accurate and appropriate example of the first impression of the company

  • Superior verbal skills with the ability to communicate internally and externally, in person, over the phone, and via email

  • Self-starter who is highly motivated and proactive that works well individually as well as collaboratively

  • Task-oriented with a high attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

  • Strong interest in voice technology, specifically voice assistants (Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, and Microsoft Cortana)

  • Conduct and maintain constant operations and client interactions

This is an unpaid internship to start but can become a paid internship or a semester-long internship with opportunity for hire or bonus payments, stipend, etc. We offer a flexible schedule of 3-5 days/week, minimum 23 hours. Candidates can receive college credit for the internship. Qualified graduates will be considered for a full-time position upon completion of a set period of time to start.
