Job description

Amazon Gaming is looking for a creative, player-obsessed Sr Marketing Manager to own the marketing strategy and execution for Luna titles, campaigns, and product moments. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role, you will be the single-threaded marketer responsible for bringing Luna's gaming experiences to life through compelling 360 marketing campaigns that drive player awareness, trial, and engagement.
As a Sr Marketing Manager at Luna, you will be responsible for developing title-level marketing strategies, building campaign plans from brief through execution, creating compelling messaging and positioning, and working with cross-functional partners and agencies to deliver best-in-class campaigns across all channels. You will also contribute to Luna's broader brand narrative, ensuring that every title campaign reinforces Luna's position as the most loved gaming service for entertainment enthusiasts.
This role is ideal for a marketer who is hungry to own campaigns end-to-end, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has the creative instincts and strategic rigor to make every title moment count. You'll gain exposure to global campaign planning, cross-functional leadership, and brand-building at scale, with clear growth opportunities as you demonstrate impact.
Key job responsibilities
- Own the marketing strategy for assigned Luna titles and product moments, developing 360 campaign plans that drive awareness, trial, and engagement among target player audiences.
- Develop campaign briefs rooted in player insights, competitive context, and a clear creative vision, setting the strategic direction for all campaign activity.
- Build integrated marketing plans that span paid media, social, creator/influencer, CRM, PR, in-app merchandising, and retail/platform placements, ensuring cohesive execution across channels.
- Create title positioning and messaging frameworks, developing the key player-facing narratives, value propositions, and proof points that form the foundation of all campaign creative and communications.
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and cross-functional workstreams, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with a high quality bar.
- Develop a deep understanding of Luna's target player audience, their motivations, behaviors, content preferences, and media consumption habits.
- Communicate campaign plans, timelines, and results to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership, building confidence in your strategic approach and demonstrating impact.
- Define campaign KPIs for each title moment, including awareness metrics, trial/play rates, engagement depth, and downstream retention impact.
- Track and report campaign performance across channels, using data to identify what's working, optimize in-flight, and generate learnings for future campaigns.
- Conduct post-campaign analyses that capture results, insights, and recommendations, building a growing body of campaign knowledge.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or product marketing, preferably in gaming, entertainment, streaming, or technology.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in the gaming industry, including familiarity with gaming culture, communities, and player behavior.
- Familiarity with social media marketing, creator/influencer partnerships, and community engagement strategies.
- Experience with global or multi-market campaign adaptation and localization.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
