HVAC Service Technician

As a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer serving Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties, we provide our technicians with quality equipment, ongoing training, and the support they need to succeed. If you're tired of working for companies that prioritize volume over quality, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems.

  • Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups.

  • Communicate findings and repair options clearly with customers.

  • Identify opportunities for system replacement or indoor air quality improvements when appropriate.

  • Accurately document all work performed using inhouse CRM.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle.

  • Follow all company safety standards and manufacturer specifications.

  • Deliver a five-star customer experience on every service call.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of HVAC service experience preferred.

  • EPA Universal Certification (Required).

  • Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record.

  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.

  • Experience servicing gas furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, mini-splits, and package units.

  • Ability to read wiring diagrams and electrical schematics.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

  • NATE Certification is a plus but not required.
