We are seeking a Campus Recruiting Coordinator to support recruiting operations, candidate communication, event coordination, and onboarding activities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications
- Support campus recruiting events, networking programs, and summer intern activities
- Manage logistics for virtual and on-campus recruiting events
- Coordinate catering and vendor relationships for campus events
- Post job openings to university platforms, including Handshake
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruiting databases
- Assist with recruiting marketing materials and event collateral
- Arrange candidate travel and process related invoices
- Process offer letters, background checks, and onboarding activities
- Support diversity recruiting initiatives, employee resource groups, and campus ambassador programs
- Track recruiting budgets and maintain expense reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, campus programs, or related internship experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Professional, approachable, and relationship-focused mindset
- Experience with event coordination and data analysis preferred
