Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You
The Hilton corporate summer internship program offers the opportunity to gain real-world professional experience in a global company. The program is intended to develop the business leaders of tomorrow. The internship will be in person at our McLean, VA or Dallas, TX office and will begin on June 1, 2027 and end on August 6, 2027. Interns will work full-time (40 hours per week during the 10-week program). The pay rate for internships based in McLean, VA is $25.00 per hour with a one-time stipend of $2,500.00. The pay rate for internships based in Dallas, TX is $24.00 per hour with a one-time stipend of $2,500.00.
This is your chance to be part of the next generation Strategy, Insights, and Analytics team of internal consultants to all teams across Hilton! The team ensures that Hilton's strategy and customer experience are informed by analytics and customer insights combining technical talent with industry expertise to guide progress towards Hilton's goals. As a intern, you will support Hilton's Customers, Brands, Marketing, Digital, Revenue, and Sales organizations, with special support for the executive leadership team.

  • Utilize organizational, time management, and communication skills to effectively manage tasks and collaborate with your team
  • Collaborate with your manager and team to deliver a final presentation showcasing your internship experience and learnings
What It Takes to Make the Stay
You have these minimum qualifications:
  • Can commit to a full 10-week program (40 hours per week) onsite in our McLean, VA or Dallas, TX office
  • Sophomore or junior of post-secondary education program; or have less than one (1) year of professional experience

It would be useful if you have:
  • Held a leadership role in your community or engaged with a student run organization.
  • Internship or work experience in the hospitality or customer service (e.g. server, front desk, volunteer, coach)
  • Previous internship, project, or work experience using tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python to analyze data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, lookups, and data analysis techniques
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, student organizations, or project groups to achieve shared goals and drive results
