The Spring 2026 - eCommerce Content Intern will be responsible for assisting with all onsite content execution and merchandising for the NCSA sites and distributing digital assets for our growing concession businesses.
The E-Commerce Content Intern will assist the Site Content Manager and utilize Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) to manage content refreshes on all sites. The E-Commerce Content Intern will assist also the Product Activation Manager and work cross functionally with the Merchandising and Marketing teams in the NYC office.
As a Spring 2026 Intern:
  • You must be able to work on location, 20-24 hours per week
  • Intern for the full Spring term - January 26, 2026 - May 8, 2026
  • The minimum & maximum rate of pay will be fixed at $17.00 per hour
  • You must be a rising Junior or Senior at a local college/ university pursuing a bachelor's degree
  • This position is not eligible for relocation

What you can expect:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
Site Content:
  • Assist the Site Content Manager with all onsite content execution using AEM for weekly site refreshes on HB.com (US,CA,MX) and work closely with the Marketing team to help bring the brand vision to life
  • Work on updates for the homepage, hub pages, content tiles, and feature shops to help improve the customer journey
  • Remain up to date on all new business trends by sending weekly competitive recap analysis and suggest changes based on what we think others are doing best in class

Product/Merchandising:
  • Assist the Product Activation Manager with weekly submission processes by cropping and distributing product imagery and copy for concession businesses
  • Work to proof site-merchandising requirements including the image, copy, pricing, special attributes, sorting, and navigational placement on the site
  • Proactively review all quality assurance tasks, for the site's overall accuracy and consistency

System & Technology Requirements:
  • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or another content publishing tool
  • Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)
  • Experience working with a Product Information Management system
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop

Your profile:
  • Studying and/or interest in eCommerce Merchandising
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office Excel
  • Must be highly organized and proactive with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Must demonstrate a positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness & passion for continuous improvement and learning in all areas of the business
  • Must work well independently, be self-motivated, detail-oriented, reliable and organized
  • Must be a dynamic team player, problem solver and have effective time management skills
