To thrive in a 3-week internship, you need foundational knowledge related to the field, a willingness to learn quickly, and the ability to follow instructions. Familiarity with basic office software (like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and any relevant industry-specific tools is often expected. Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills help interns stand out by enabling them to integrate smoothly and contribute effectively in a short time.
