Join our award-winning team at Leif Johnson Ford, where customer satisfaction and employee success go hand in hand. We’re seeking a motivated Internet Salesperson to engage online customers, manage digital leads, and guide buyers through a seamless, transparent purchasing experience.

Responsibilities include:
Respond promptly to internet and phone inquiries, build rapport with customers, schedule appointments, and follow up consistently to ensure satisfaction. Work closely with the sales team to coordinate test drives, trade appraisals, and vehicle deliveries. Maintain accurate lead tracking in CRM and meet monthly performance goals.

Qualifications:
• Proven success in customer service, retail, or sales (automotive experience preferred)
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and text communication tools
• Professional, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
