Job Title: Internet Sales Professional



Job Summary:

Bozarth Chevrolet is seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Internet Direct Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. This position is responsible for handling internet leads, responding to online inquiries, and converting digital interest into sales. You’ll work directly with customers via email, phone, text, and video to guide them through the vehicle buying process from initial contact to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to internet inquiries through email, phone, text, and CRM tools.
  • Maintain a high closing ratio by effectively following up with prospects and scheduling appointments.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of vehicle features, pricing, financing options, and inventory availability.
  • Use digital platforms (CRM, website, third-party listings) to manage leads and update customer records.
  • Guide customers through virtual or in-person test drives, vehicle selection, and purchase process.
  • Coordinate with sales managers, finance, and lot merchandisers to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales and appointment goals.
  • Stay informed on manufacturer programs, dealership promotions, and competitive models.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service and satisfaction as well as Company Culture.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales and/or Customer Service experience; automotive or internet sales experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Ability to learn and use CRM software, lead management systems, and digital retail tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record required
