The automotive sales industry is going through massive changes with an ever-increasing percentage of customers preferring to begin the shopping/buying process online rather than traditional methods. Successful team members are adept communicators who are engaging, knowledgeable, articulate and driven.

Sales representatives manage internet leads, online chat, incoming and outbound calls, they follow-up with customers and interface and coordinate with dealerships. They stay up to date on the latest products, changes, and release dates to ensure success. We strive for high customer satisfaction, going out of our way to be helpful and pleasant, making it as easy as possible on the customer. We are Remarkable!

Requirements

These positions are sales focused that require excellent communication skills, computer skills, the ability to forge thorough challenging situations and engage customers in a professional, friendly manner.  This position also requires attainment of goal objectives, self-motivation and working to benefit the success of the team. 

  • High School graduation or equivalent
  • One (1) year of retail sales, clerical or related experience.
  • Intermediate Computer experience with MS Office.
  • Ability to type/keyboard 40 WPM.
  • Excellent communication skills.
