Job description

We are looking for motivated and professional BDC Representatives to handle inbound leads, follow up with customers, and schedule appointments for our sales team.

This role focuses on customer communication and opportunity management. You will be the first point of contact for many customers who are interested in purchasing a vehicle.

The BDC plays a critical role in converting online interest into showroom traffic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to internet leads, phone inquiries, and digital messages

  • Contact customers via phone, text, and email

  • Schedule appointments for the sales team

  • Confirm upcoming appointments and reduce no-shows

  • Follow up with unsold showroom traffic

  • Re-engage customers who previously inquired but did not purchase
