Responsibilities Drees Homes is looking for an Internet Sales Assistant to join our Corporate Marketing Department. This part-time position includes weekday, evening and weekend hours. There is flexibility for remote work to be shared between our Corporate Office and your home depending on schedule needs. As an Internet Sales Assistant, you will perform administrative tasks to assist New Home Specialists in achieving online appointment and sales goals. You will relieve New Home Specialists during vacations and off-days by answering online leads and phone calls as well as assist with administrative duties in the corporate sales area. Requirements, Knowledge and Skills: Must be able to work a flexible schedule and adjust hours as necessary Previous administrative experience Previous experience in sales or customer service field a real plus Proficient in the use of computer technology including MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint Adapts easily to new software Salesforce or other CRM experience helpful Adept at incorporating new tools and time-saving methodologies to processes Detail-minded with excellent organizational and follow up skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to work with various disciplines of people Display a friendly, professional demeanor Possess a team player mentality High school education required; College degree a plus This position is part-time non-exempt with an hourly pay rate plus bonus potential. The schedule will include weekday, evening, and weekend hours and will work 2-3 weekends a month. May also require a full week of coverage to cover vacation schedules. While partial remote work is feasible, this position will need to report to the office one day a week. Our office is located at 211 Grandview Drive, Fort Mitchell, KY.
