Job description

Internet ManagerGreeley Chrysler Dodge Jeep RamAbout This Job

Greeley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Internet Manager to join our sales team. The Internet Manager is responsible for managing and responding to online sales leads, engaging customers throughout the buying process, setting quality appointments, and helping our sales team turn internet opportunities into showroom visits and vehicle sales.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who understands that speed, consistency, professionalism, and follow-up are critical to success in today's automotive marketplace.

This position is a great opportunity for an experienced automotive sales professional who enjoys working with customers, technology, CRM systems, and a high volume of leads.

Responsibilities
  • Respond quickly and professionally to all incoming internet, website, third-party, phone, and digital sales leads.
  • Maintain consistent and professional communication with customers through phone calls, text messages, email, and other approved communication channels.
  • Make outbound calls and follow up with internet leads according to dealership processes and performance standards.
  • Engage customers to identify their vehicle needs, preferences, trade-in information, and purchasing timeline.
  • Set quality appointments for customers to visit the dealership.
  • Confirm appointments and maintain consistent follow-up with customers who do not immediately schedule.
  • Work closely with Sales Managers and Sales Consultants to ensure a smooth transition from internet lead to showroom visit.
  • Properly document all customer interactions, appointments, follow-up activities, and customer information in the dealership CRM.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead statuses and customer records.
  • Monitor and work unsold leads, missed appointments, no-shows, lost customers, and previous opportunities.
  • Follow up with customers throughout the sales process and assist in moving prospects toward a purchase decision.
  • Utilize CRM tools and dealership technology to maximize lead engagement, appointment show rates, and sales opportunities.
  • Provide customers with accurate information regarding vehicles, availability, pricing, incentives, financing options, and dealership processes.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram product lineup.
  • Stay current on manufacturer incentives, rebates, programs, and dealership promotions.
  • Work toward and consistently achieve dealership standards for lead response time, contact rate, appointment rate, show rate, and sales conversion.
  • Track personal performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain a professional, positive, and customer-first attitude in every interaction.
  • Assist with other sales department responsibilities as directed by management.
Qualifications
  • Previous automotive sales or internet sales experience preferred.
  • Previous experience working with a dealership CRM (ELead) is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
  • Strong phone skills and the ability to comfortably make a high volume of outbound calls.
  • Ability to communicate effectively through text, email, and phone.
  • Strong computer and technology skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate CRM and dealership software.
  • Highly organized with excellent follow-up and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a sales team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Strong customer-service skills and a commitment to creating an exceptional customer experience.
  • Must be self-motivated, competitive, dependable, and goal-oriented.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
What We’re Looking For

The successful candidate understands that the lead is not the sale—the appointment is the opportunity. You should be comfortable picking up the phone, following up consistently, overcoming objections, and building relationships with customers who may be shopping several dealerships at the same time.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Responsive – You understand the importance of responding to leads quickly.
  • Persistent – You don't give up after one call or one unanswered message.
  • Organized – You keep your CRM clean and your follow-up on schedule.
  • Competitive – You want to win the appointment and the customer's business.
  • Customer-focused – You understand that professionalism and trust create sales.
  • Accountable – You take ownership of your results and your follow-up.
  • Team-oriented – You work closely with managers and sales consultants to deliver a great customer experience.
