Mullinax Ford of Central Florida is looking to hire a driven and customer-focused Internet Sales Assistant to join our growing Internet Sales team.

This position plays a key role in handling inbound leads, communicating with customers via phone, text, and email, and setting appointments. If you are organized, motivated, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to grow within the automotive industry.


Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming internet leads promptly through phone, text, and email
  • Engage with customers to answer questions and provide accurate vehicle information
  • Set and confirm appointments for the sales team
  • Follow up with customers to maintain engagement and drive showroom visits
  • Manage and update customer information in CRM
  • Work with sales staff to assist showroom traffic when needed
  • Perform post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve concerns
  • Support daily dealership operations including inventory checks, appointment coordination, and customer logistics

Requirements
  • Strong communication skills (phone, text, and email)
