Job description

We are seeking a motivated Internet Salesperson to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for listing products on various online platforms, managing both online and store inventory, processing orders efficiently, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience with online sales channels. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the growth of our business through effective online sales strategies and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • List and update products on multiple online sales platforms accurately and promptly.
  • Manage and keep track of physical storage of listed merchandise.
  • Manage inventory levels for both online and in-store stock.
  • Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment.
  • Respond to customer inquiries professionally and provide exceptional service.
  • Coordinate with the store team to ensure inventory accuracy and availability.
  • Monitor sales performance and suggest improvements to increase revenue.
  • Maintain a clean and organized online storefront and in-store working environment.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in online sales preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and inventory management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
