International workers often encounter challenges such as adjusting to different workplace cultures, navigating language barriers, and understanding local business etiquette. It's common to experience an initial period of adaptation as you learn new processes and communication styles. Many organizations offer orientation programs, mentorship, or employee resource groups to help international workers integrate smoothly, so taking advantage of these resources can make the transition easier and foster a sense of belonging.
