Summary
  • Take full responsibility for the operational management of the Front Office, Security, and Housekeeping departments.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain Rooms Division operational standards to ensure guest satisfaction and compliance with brand service standards.
  • Monitor guest room quality, cleanliness standards, and maintenance of facilities and equipment to continuously enhance the guest experience.
  • Manage departmental budgets, cost control initiatives, and operational efficiency to achieve hotel business objectives.
  • Regularly analyze guest feedback, service quality, and operational data, and implement improvement plans accordingly.
  • Lead recruitment, training, performance management, and talent development for the Rooms Division team.
  • Collaborate closely with Food & Beverage, Sales, Engineering, and other departments to ensure smooth overall hotel operations.
  • Effectively handle VIP arrivals, guest complaints, and emergency situations while maintaining the hotel's brand image and reputation.
Qualifications
  • Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Rooms Division management experience in an international branded hotel, including at least 2 years in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of Front Office and Housekeeping operations with proven operational management capabilities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and guest service skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and cost control awareness.
  • Good command of both Chinese and English, with proficiency in hotel management systems.
  • Strong alignment with Hyatt brand culture, demonstrating a high level of responsibility and a guest-focused mindset.
