About the Role:
LPD Music International is looking for a driven and passionate entry to mid-level B2B Account Manager / Inside Sales Rep to grow an established territory while developing new business opportunities. If you are competitive, driven, have a love for music and excel at building long-term business relationships, this is your chance to earn an excellent income in an exciting industry.
What This Role Is:
  • This is B2B Relationship Management: You have an already established territory of music retail accounts, acting as a trusted inventory partner to store owners.
  • This is Professional Inside Sales: All business is conducted via professional phone and email outreach.
  • This is NOT Telemarketing: There are no rigid scripts or consumer robocalls. You are building legitimate, recurring business partnerships.
Responsibilities:
  • Territory Management: Maintain and grow an established nationwide account base of B2B retail music store accounts
  • Business Development: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate new business and retain existing clients
  • High-Value Outreach: Manage approximately 40–50 quality customer contacts per day via phone and email
  • Consultative Selling: Identify dealer inventory needs and recommend instruments/accessories that help grow their retail revenue
  • Data Management: Research prospects to promote LPD Music's product catalog and to current customers, and maintain accurate customer activity records in our CRM
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Process orders and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of B2B inside sales or account management experience
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of or passion for musical instruments, pro audio, or music products is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
