Required Education • Bachelor's Degree Desired Certifications • Tableau Certification Qualifications: • Expert level engineering skills using Tableau (v 2023+), Tableau Prep (v 2023+), MS Excel and Cognos Analytics (v 11+) • 2+ years' experience with Tableau and Tableau Prep - expert skill levels • Excellent analytical skills linking diverse data sets to provide seamless views • Expert MS Excel Experience • Advanced level knowledge of Financial Accounting, with experience tracking project and program level budgets and burn rates • Experience in Banking/Financial domain Team Requirements: • Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment where review, opinions and criticism are welcome and received as appropriately intended • Demonstrated ability to work both independently, in a team environment and under a supervisor's guidance • Demonstrated ability to provide accurate, informative and concise communications Scope of Work: • Tableau Data Visualization: design, develop and maintain reports and dashboards to baseline Financial and Workforce program commitments and track/forecast progress • Build Tableau Prep flows to access and edit data to support dashboards • Connect to various data sources (excel, csv, Teradata, hyper, Postgres) and perform ETL as needed • Document all aspects of reports, including sources, data elements, relationships, and operations #CT1
