First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking an Omni Channel Campaign Developer to join our Omni Channel Center team.
Work Hours
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (hours may vary)
Compensation:
The annual salary range for this role is: $80,000 - $89,000 per year; commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities
The Omni Channel Campaign Developer supports the day-to-day operational management and administration of the Bank's digital marketing automation platform. This includes assisting in creating timely and relevant, targeted and data-driven campaigns and opportunities to support customer needs and satisfaction. This position also provides application and process support, identifying and implementing data integrity and system optimization initiatives. This position requires technical knowledge and skills (e.g., SQL), adaptability, and will be a key enabler in supporting the Bank's strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems (MIS), data analytics, business, or other relevant technical degree or equivalent experience required
  • SQL programming certification or equivalent required
  • Three (3)+ years of relevant professional level experience in data analysis, business analyst/application support or database administration with increasing responsibilities are required
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other digital marketing automation software preferred
  • Business Analyst certification from a reputable organization (e.g. International Institute of Business Analyst) preferred
  • Excellent logic skills and proven ability to write and read SQL code for campaign workflow creation, data retrieval, and database automation
  • Strong knowledge and experience working with enterprise data warehouses and data integration tools (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, SAS, SQL Server)
  • Highly proficient in SQL programming with hands-on experience in data modeling, analysis, integration, quality assurance, and data warehousing
  • Demonstrated skill in working with complex database structures, including table design, data extraction, and transformation
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to act independently, take ownership, and manage multiple projects under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
  • Demonstrated organizational, time-management, documentation, and progress-tracking skills
  • Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy and follow-through
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Team-oriented with experience building strong working relationships with partners such as Marketing, Product, IT, Enterprise Data & Analytics, and Branch teams
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
