Job description

The International Inside Sales Representative is responsible for providing premier customerservice to all current and potential customers from the point of initialcontact through delivery of the product. The International Inside Sales Representative mustalso achieve sales and profit goals established by the management team at CorrosionMaterials - Houston Branch. (CMI)
Responsibilities and Duties
Asa minimum, the following is a basic description of typical duties andresponsibilities expected of the Inside Sales Representative. These duties arenot exhaustive and are subject to change as the needs of the organizationrequire.
• Increasesales and provide support for current customer base as assigned.
• Prepareproposals, quotes, and sales contracts.
• Promptlyrespond to Request for Quotes for current and potential customers. Overall goalis no later than 24 hours per RFQ.
• Coordinateworkflow with company staff to achieve closing of sales quotes.
• Meetdaily, weekly, and monthly sales goals set by the General Manager, i.e.,dollars booked and calls per day.
• Proactivelyreview open orders and advise customers of delivery status changes.
• Providetechnical assistance and solutions for customer returns.
• Manageaccount services through follow-up and quality checks.
• Developand maintain existing product knowledge and sales materials.
• Formulateanalysis of sales data to assist in establishing specific account pricing.
• Contributeto a positive work environment based on teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Communicateeffectively with other Inside Sales Representatives, Field SalesRepresentatives, management, and other co-workers.
• Prepareand present various sales status reports to Inside Sales Manager weekly thatincludes activity, follow-up, closing, and adherence to targets.
  • Adhere to all CMI's safety rules, regulations, and quality standards.
  • Adhere to all CMI's handbook policies and procedures and business codes of ethics.

RequiredQualifications
• Highschool diploma or equivalent
• Twoor more years of international sales experience
• MicrosoftOffice proficiency, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Marketingexperience, ensuring ability to recognize opportunities
• • Excellentwritten and oral communication skills
• Excellentorganizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Abilityto effectively multi-task and work independently on assigned tasks
• Excellentattention to detail and ability to transfer data accurately
• Strongwork ethic; self-motivated
• Operatewith high integrity, maintaining positive relations with co-workers, customers,and suppliers
