The Technical Part:
  • Bachelor's Degree and or an equivalent of five (5) years of exposure in Industrial and Constructions projects within the regulated industry.
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English).
  • Good organizational and problem solving skills.
  • Shift: First (Monday-Friday) & according to business needs.
  • 30hrs. OSHA Certification (General Industry or Construction)
  • Experience in:
    • Construction Projects within the regulated industry
    • Daily Permit
    • Reporting
    • JHA, Rigging Plan
    • Toolbox meetings

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
  • Ensure that environmental issues are an integral part of the responsibilities of line management and part of its objectives.
  • Ensure that workplace procedures comply with local environmental regulations, guidelines, and international standards, keeping them updated.
  • Assist the operational line.
  • Supervision of environmental objectives.
  • Communication of environmental issues to contractors, subcontractors, and communities.
  • Identification of environmental risks in each area and work center.
  • Maintain plans, programs and procedures as specified in the environmental standard.
  • Verify compliance with the preventive measures, mitigation and restoration contained in the environmental authorization.
  • Ensure the implementation and monitoring of waste management systems in every operation and work center business unit, including contractors and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate the preparation of environmental risk assessments.
