Christie's International Real Estate Emerald Coast (CIREEC) is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy Bookkeeper / Controller to oversee all financial operations of our luxury real estate brokerage. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring compliance with brokerage accounting standards, and delivering financial reporting to ownership.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and understands the complexities of real estate brokerage accounting, including commission structures, escrow/trust account oversight, vendor payments, and financial forecasting. This position plays a critical role in supporting CIREEC's continued growth by ensuring financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and strong internal controls.
