Who We Are

Golden Queen Mining Co., LLC (the "Company") operates a gold and silver, open pit, heap leach operation on its Soledad Mountain property, located just outside the town of Mojave in Kern County in southern California. The Project uses conventional open pit mining methods and the cyanide heap leach and Merrill-Crowe processes to recover gold and silver from crushed, agglomerated ore.

Who You Are

You have 5 to 10 years' experience in crushing, screening, conveying, and stacking systems. You have previous supervisory experience and are a results-oriented leader with effective communication skills. You have high work standards and effectively drive projects forward as part of a team. This is a safety sensitive position.

As the Crusher Operations Supervisor, you report to the Crusher Operations Superintendent.

What You Do

• Responsible for shift operations at a gold and silver mine crushing and screening plant and conveying and stacking system.
• Supervise the work of personnel engaged in performing routine operations at the crusher.
• Plan and coordinate daily work assignments to achieve daily production targets.
• Responsible for quality assurance and quality control to ensure safe and consistent production results.
• Work closely with maintenance personnel to properly identify and schedule maintenance activities.
• Perform minor equipment repairs as needed.
• Responsible for the safe operation of the crusher areas during the shift with regular safety training of personnel and safety meetings to target a zero level of incidents.
• Effectively communicate with supervision and/or management.
• Effectively work with five to seven employees during the shift.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Experience in metallurgical procedures, environmental procedures and quality controls.
