Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Program Specialist. In this role, you will support the delivery of a commercial and industrial lighting program serving customers across the state of Oregon. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth program execution by supporting operational processes, coordinating across internal teams, and contributing to continuous program improvement efforts.

This position is highly operationsfocused and internalfacing, with an emphasis on program coordination, data tracking, reporting, and process improvement. The role will support multiple program offerings, acting as a key resource to identify operational gaps, develop solutions, and ensure program accuracy and efficiency. While not customerfacing, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and program leadership to drive execution and meet evolving client needs in a fastpaced environment.

  • Support program operations across multiple offerings, ensuring alignment with program guidelines and objectives

DOT Requirements
