The Mission: Accelerating Enterprise Legal Transformation

On behalf of our client, a forward-thinking enterprise organization, we are seeking a highly consultative Senior Low-Code & AI-Enabled Developer. This is a unique, high-impact role embedded directly within our client's Corporate Legal contracting team to revolutionize and automate their workflow ecosystems.

This position is designed for a veteran technical builder who has actively embraced modern AI-assisted development (frequently referred to in the industry as "vibe coding"). You will not just be writing lines of code from scratch; instead, you will leverage generative AI platforms, low-code ecosystems, and rapid-prototyping workflows to build, deploy, and iterate production-grade legal solutions in real time. If you have the technical gravity to architect robust databases and the communicative agility to sit side-by-side with attorneys to translate their manual pain points into immediate automated software solutions, this transformation team is your next step.

Daily Impact & Workflow

  • Rapid Prototyping & "Vibe Coding": Leverage cutting-edge generative AI coding companions and LLM toolsets to accelerate development cycles, rapidly turning conceptual legal workflows into functional software prototypes.
  • Requirements Capture: Sit deeply embedded alongside internal Legal stakeholders to interview users, dissect complex contracting bottlenecks, and capture technical software requirements.
  • Solution Architecture: Build, deploy, and maintain custom applications utilizing the Microsoft PowerPlatform (PowerApps), backed by structured SQL databases and custom Python scripting.
  • Agile Demos & Iteration: Conduct live demos of functional builds to Legal teams, gather immediate qualitative feedback, and dynamically adjust software tools to ensure high-velocity adoption.
  • Data Integration: Ensure seamless data connectivity between new custom front-end applications and legacy contract lifecycle databases.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Core Technical Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of proven experience architecting, building, and delivering enterprise-grade technical solutions.
  • Software Stack Mastery: Demonstrated proficiency developing within low-code/no-code platforms, specifically MSFT PowerApps / PowerPlatform, combined with strong hands-on SQL database design and Python scripting experience.
  • AI-Assisted Development: Minimum of 1+ years of direct, practical experience utilizing AI coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, LLM APIs) to accelerate product delivery.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills are non-negotiable. You must be comfortable presenting ideas confidently and translating technical jargon into accessible language for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Professional Background: Past employment or consulting experience with premium professional services firms (e.g., Deloitte, Accenture, PwC, EY) is highly preferred and considered a major competitive advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A strong foundational familiarity with corporate contracting lifecycles, legal workflows, or Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software tools.

Recruiter Note: We are strictly looking for an advanced developer who pairs deep foundational engineering logic (SQL/Python) with a modern, high-velocity AI workflow. Please ensure your resume highlights your specific experience delivering applications built via PowerApps and any exposure to AI-driven development practices.
