Job Description Leads overall management of the Inbound International portfolio. Partners with global carrier partners and vendors on driving innovation and business opportunities that translate into best-in-class international portfolio and experience for customers here and abroad. Lays down the commercial foundations that will enable the Outbound unit to secure worldwide coverage and build an aggressive and profitable retail portfolio.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and deliver the overall strategy that will lead to the achievement of business performance metrics: revenue targets, profit and market penetration rates and customer satisfaction for all international services

  • Define partnership strategy for all monetization plays and create pricing frameworks and policies to guide commercial negotiations

  • Help translate strategy into action and orchestrate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer experience for all subscribers-inbound and outbound

  • Lead commercial initiatives and service deployments that will enable the Outbound team to deliver a competitive retail portfolio and an unmatched network experience;

  • Drive initiatives that enable true synergy between inbound and outbound businesses

  • Create breakthrough strategies and models that will ensure Globe's supremacy on the international front-from an innovation and commercial standpoint

  • Provide leadership and guidance to commercial managers as they strategically evolve the inbound business to deliver value beyond rates and connectivity for Globe to be recognized as the telco of choice in the Philippines

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in product management, preferably with cybersecurity technologies: Familiarity with a range of cybersecurity solutions, such as network security, endpoint security, cloud security, and application security.

  • Exposure to IT infrastructure: Understanding of IT infrastructure components, including servers, networks, and data centers.

  • Experience with technology development: Knowledge of software development methodologies and processes.

  • Experience managing product portfolios: Proven track record of successfully managing a portfolio of products.

  • Experience with product development lifecycle: Understanding of the product development process, from ideation to launch and maintenance.

  • Experience with product marketing: Knowledge of product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.

  • Experience in cybersecurity roles: Previous experience in cybersecurity roles, such as security analyst, security engineer, or cyber security consultant.

  • Knowledge of cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities: Understanding of common cybersecurity threats and how to mitigate them.

  • Experience with cybersecurity regulations: Familiarity with industry regulations, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and NIST Cybersecurity Framework. Level of Knowledge
