Job Description

 -Part Time-

Responsible for coordinating all international and executive health patient inquiries and care experiences, including inpatient and outpatient visits and procedures. Lead the patient journey from initial request through completion of care, coordinating with patients, families, HFH physicians, administration, scheduling, medical records, and pricing departments. Serve as the primary liaison and advocate between patients, families, and clinical and non-clinical teams. Coordinate all concierge services and maintain constructive communication across all parties involved in patient care. Participate with department leadership in goal development and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years progressively responsible healthcare experience demonstrating improved operational efficiencies and patient-centered care
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records, appointment scheduling systems, and payment collection processes
  • Strong proficiency with common computer applications and IT systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with professional demeanor and cultural awareness
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet established timelines
