Key Responsibilities
Depending on the position and department assignment, responsibilities may include:
- Shipping and receiving operations
- Inventory control and warehouse support
- Shipment coordination and tracking
- Import and export documentation
- Data entry and operational record management
- Customer service and account support
- Communication with customers, vendors, carriers, and internal departments
- Air export shipment coordination
- Order processing and administrative support
- General logistics and operations support
Qualifications
- Japanese language proficiency required
- Basic English communication skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Email, Data Entry)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented and dependable
Preferred Qualifications
- Logistics, warehouse, transportation, or customer service experience
- Import/export or international shipping experience

Work Schedule
Shift schedules vary by position:
- 8:30 AM โ 5:30 PM
