The International Tax Manager (M&A) role is based on theEast Coast, U.S.,and offers aremote or hybrid work arrangement.

The role is based remotely, with East Coast candidates preferred due to time zone.

Where You'll Make a Difference

Assist in developing, modeling, and implementing efficient tax structures related to the company's ongoing deal activity.

  • This includes complex tax projects such as cross-border mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations, and legal entity rationalization.
    Evaluate and quantify tax impacts under multiple transaction scenarios, including basis stepups, attribute usage, and structural implications.
  • Support comprehensive tax due diligence by collecting and analyzing target-company financial, tax, and operational data to identify exposures and opportunities.
    Support M&Arelated tax compliance and reporting requirements throughout the deal lifecycle.
    Prepare documentation, memoranda, reports, and presentations for complex M&A tax matters.

  • Collaborate closely with Corporate Development, Legal, Finance, and external advisors to ensure aligned, effective project execution.
    Assist with postacquisition or postdivestiture tax integration activities to support proper reporting and compliance.

What Makes You the Right Fit

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of five years of experience in US international tax experience from a public accounting firm, law firm, or large multinational corporation. Public accounting experience is preferred.

  • Experience managing the implementation of cross-border tax projects; working with cross-functional stakeholders (legal, accounting, treasury, etc.). This experience in the context of M&A is a plus.
  • Extensive knowledge of US international tax principles and calculations (Subpart F, GILTI, BEAT, and Section 163(j)) is required.
    Strong understanding of U.S. federal and state tax rules related to mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.


Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for financial modeling and scenario analysis.
Experience using ERP systems or accounting tools such as SAP or Oracle.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex tax topics.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
