French Customer Service Representatives – Fully Remote (in Greece)

Dreaming of Mediterranean weather, seaside cafés, and a better work-life balance?

We are currently looking for French-speaking professionals to join international customer support projects while working fully remotely from anywhere in Greece.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will act as the voice of world-renowned brands, assisting French-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat. You will help resolve inquiries, troubleshoot minor issues, and ensure a high-quality service experience representing leading companies.

Requirements:

  • C2 level French + good working proficiency in English (B2+).
  • EU Passport or valid Greek work permit is mandatory.
  • A customer-oriented mindset and good communication skills.
  • Availability to start soon.

The package:

  • Average base salary around €1,300 gross/month (depending on the project).
  • 14 salaries per year in Greece, you receive extra salary payments for Christmas, Easter, and summer holidays.
  • Monthly performance bonuses on top of your base salary.
  • Full equipment provided: a complete desktop PC setup and headset will be shipped directly to your home address.
  • Full relocation support (if moving from another EU country): paid flight ticket, airport pickup, 2 weeks of hotel accommodation, and assistance with real estate agency fees to find your permanent home.
