THE OPPORTUNITY: FOUNDER MENTALITY

This is a key leadership position for individuals who want to grow alongside a high-growth fintech project. You will be the primary person responsible for launching the regional office, managing its operations, and, most importantly, building a high-performing referral network.

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE: UNLIMITED SCALING

We believe in rewarding results. Our model combines a safety net with an aggressive multi-level reward system.

1. Guaranteed Base:

  • Pre-launch: $100/month + performance bonuses.
  • After Office Launch: $300/month (Fixed).

2. Direct Sales Commission:

  • 8% of the total value of every closed client contract (paid immediately).

3. Multi-Level Partner Program (Passive Income Engine): Build and manage your own network of partners and earn from the entire turnover:

  • Level 1 (Direct): 8% (First activation) / 4% (Repeat)
  • Level 2: 5% (First activation) / 2.5% (Repeat) — Unlocked at $100 turnover
  • Level 3: 3% (First activation) / 1.5% (Repeat) — Unlocked at $1,000 turnover
  • Level 4: 2% (First activation) / 1% (Repeat) — Unlocked at $2,500 turnover
  • Level 5: 1.5% (First activation) / 0.5% (Repeat) — Unlocked at $5,000 turnover
  • Further rewards up to Level 9 as your network scales.

Realistic Income Potential: $1,500 – $10,000+ per month based on network growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Office Launch: Lead the setup and independent management of the regional representative office.
  • Network Building: Actively recruit, develop, and manage a team of partners and clients.
  • Consultation: Conduct in-person and online meetings (Zoom) to present Assetara’s AI tools.
  • Brand Representation: Create local content for social media and act as the face of the company in your region.

  • Entrepreneurs and leaders with experience in MLM, Affiliate Marketing, or High-Ticket Sales.
  • Individuals with a deep interest in Crypto, AI, and Fintech.
