We are looking for a few Entry Level (not currently licensed) to Experienced (licensed) individuals to join the global firm we represent. The work is remote (flexible schedule part/full-time) in the immense and lucrative financial services industry. It is ok to continue a current employment while building a skill and knowledge base with the firm. The hiring organization is an industry leading Silicon Valley based financial services company and is positioned to launch the most advanced financial technology (FinTech), AI and tools for the next generation. Through relationships and the ease of technology resources, financial professionals educate and implement the simple wealth building and income accumulation methods leveraged by the wealthy, but often unknown to most individuals. Learn the simple money and wealth life skills not taught in school or the home. With stock market uncertainty, inflation and rising costs, endangered social security and people living longer, families and communities are in need of more financial knowledge and a trusted professional to improve their future outcome. Minimum Requirements:

• Currently possess a U.S. social security number (and authorization to work if not a citizen - WE DO NOT SPONSOR)
• Be 18 years of age minimum
• No felony convictions and pass a federal background check
• Possess (or means to study and attain) state Producer license within ~7-14 days (the company facilitates every step of the online study and licensing process and provides a bonus for completing specific onboarding milestones)
• Possess a personal computer

• Independent, disciplined and self-motivated personality (team sports experience, athletes, management, community leadership or military is a plus)

• Prior customer service, education, sales, marketing, insurance, real estate, finance or business experience

Primary Responsibilities (virtual or in-person):

• Share basic financial concepts to educate clients
• Assess client financial needs, assets, liabilities, goals and timeframe
• Utilize technology tools, partner network and resources to develop recommendations
• Present possible strategies and solutions
• Assist clients with implementing selected solutions
• Conduct annual client financial reviews
• Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients

Typical Industry Average Annual Full-Time Compensation:

• Experience Tier 1 (0-1 year): $95,050 - $255,000
• Experience Tier 2 (1-4 years): $255,000 - $375,050
• Experience Tier 3 (4-10 years): $375,050 - $575,275+
• An hour to two hours in client meetings can typically result in compensation ranging from $500 to $20,000 and upwards to $100,000
