Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

What You'll Do

  • Manage daily inbound and outbound shipments across a corporate campus
  • Handle domestic and international carrier coordination — parcel and freight
  • Prepare commercial invoices and documentation for international shipments
  • Serve as the main point of contact between carriers, 3PLs, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Identify and resolve logistics issues before they become problems
  • Execute shipping plans and keep things moving on schedule
  • Support warehousing activities including organization, receiving, and storage

What We Need From You

  • 5+ years of shipping, receiving, or logistics experience
  • Direct experience with both domestic and international carriers (parcel and freight is a must)
  • Comfortable lifting a minimum of 50 lbs
  • Strong communicator who can work across departments — sales, operations, order management, and external partners
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple shipments simultaneously

Bonus

  • Experience creating commercial invoices for international shipments
  • Background working with 3PL providers
  • Familiarity with a high-volume corporate or tech campus environment
