Job description

Bon Secours Mercy Health Southside Regional Medical Center Petersburg, VA Interventional Cardiologist Bon Secours Cardiology is seeking an Interventional Cardiologist to be part of an employed cardiology group of more than 20 Non-invasive, Interventional, Structural heart, Advanced Heart Failure and EP providers that serve the greater Richmond, VA area and surrounding community. This progressive group comprises of regional leaders in interventional cardiology, cardiovascular Imaging and electrophysiology. This position will support the growth of a new cardiology practice serving Bon Secours Southside Regional Medical Center and the Petersburg and southern Richmond community.

Expect excellent coronary interventional volume for the region. Excellent position for a seasoned international cardiologist but will also be a great opportunity for a new fellow to join since more experienced partners willing to mentor. This unique opportunity will allow the successful candidate to practice at their fullest extent in a collegial atmosphere.

The candidate must be proficient in all forms of Interventional Cardiology including management of complex coronary disease, mechanical circulatory support and high-risk PCI. Preference may be given to those with peripheral experience. Strong support from RN's, LPN's and CMA.

Echo, EKG and Nuclear Cardiology all done on site. Responsibilities include STEMI/general cardiology call coverage. Mentorship and educational opportunities available.
