Position Title: Senior Sales Manager
Location: Ideal candidate will be based in Baltimore, MD, Washington DC or Virginia Area.

About:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive sales growth for a leading provider of broadband and telecommunications infrastructure solutions. This role is responsible for managing a designated territory, developing strategic customer relationships, and selling broadband network solutions, including fiber and network infrastructure technologies, to telecommunications service providers, cable operators, network operators, and municipalities.

The ideal candidate will own the full sales cycle, identify new business opportunities, expand existing accounts, collaborate with channel partners and distributors, and consistently achieve revenue and market share objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive territory sales growth and achieve assigned revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through strategic account planning.
  • Partner with distributors and channel partners to expand market presence.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and closing.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage customer accounts, opportunities, and sales activities.
  • Deliver product presentations and solution-based sales to meet customer needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma with 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • Proven experience managing the complete sales cycle.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience selling into the telecommunications and cable industries.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal sales teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience selling broadband, fiber, or telecommunications infrastructure solutions.
  • Knowledge of MSO (Multiple System Operator) and telecommunications sales methodologies.
  • Experience working with channel partners, distributors, and CRM platforms.
