About the Role We are seeking an expert-level Internal Project/Program Manager V to lead critical, high-impact internal initiatives. In this role, you will act as a recognized authority on project management methodologies, steering complex enterprise solutions from inception to completion. Operating within our most intricate business disciplines, you will orchestrate corporate and third-party vendor efforts to solve internal challenges, ensuring all deliverables align strictly with scope, time, budget, and quality expectations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership & Execution: Independently lead and manage multiple concurrent, high-complexity projects, driving them to successful completion while proactively prioritizing workloads.
  • Vendor & Corporate Oversight: Coordinate and manage cross-functional corporate teams and third-party vendors to plan, build, and implement innovative internal solutions.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Anticipate roadblocks by proactively identifying issues, dependencies, and escalation points. Secure necessary management visibility and support to mitigate risks effectively.
  • Strategic Alignment: Apply deep knowledge of operational policies, processes, and advanced project management techniques to ensure all initiatives directly support broader organizational objectives.
  • Innovation & Collaboration: Contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas, frequently participating in cross-division, multi-function teams to solve complex operational problems.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: First-level University degree required; an advanced University degree is strongly preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years of extensive experience in senior project/program management roles or closely related business environments.
  • Expertise: Recognized authority with unique mastery of relevant subject matter knowledge, including advanced project management theories, techniques, and technologies.
  • Operational Knowledge: Deep, in-depth understanding of key services operational policies, processes, and methodologies.
