Job description

Lead Logistics and Material Flow to Deliver Seamless Project Execution
The Fulfillment Manager oversees materials, pre-fabrication services, and logistics for Make-to-Order (MTO) projects, serving as a key member of the Project Business core team. This role defines supply and execution concepts, manages project coordination between field and logistics functions, and ensures timely delivery by addressing capacity challenges and aligning internal stakeholders. Responsibilities include order accuracy, change management, and proactive communication to maintain project timelines and customer satisfaction. Success requires strong organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and collaboration across multiple departments.
What You'll do
  • Responsible for defining best practices, identifying opportunities for improvements, problem solving and coordinating solutions, and communication of these to the logistics organization at all levels.
  • Define and align supply and execution concept per project
  • Gather specific logistics requirements via logistics project business checklist (e.g. labelling, packaging, deliveries, unloading, timing, etc.)
  • Check internal capacities and proactively proposes alternatives for potential bottlenecks of material
  • Contact mainly for internal stakeholders (e.g. delivery planning, jobsite logistics, ...) and internal interface for WM, TM, Prefab, Specials
  • Project coordination between Field and Logistics functions
  • Ensure correct order entry, manage changes, escalation, and collaboration with Project Business Project Manager.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring

  • Outstanding communication and coordination skills and de-escalation skills.
  • Experience in construction project management
  • Supply chain and logistics background
  • Knowledge of SAP processes for sales orders, fulfillment and production
  • MS Office skills
  • Competent and proactive approach to internal and if relevant external customers
  • Independent working method
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Minimum 3 years' professional experience
  • Hilti product portfolio knowledge as asset
