Adecco is hiring immediately for Customer Service Admin with our client, in Modesto, CA. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as a key point of contact between United Pallet Services Inc. and its customers, vendors, and internal operations teams. This role ensures smooth order processing, clear communication, and a positive experience for all business interactions. The CSR manages customer inquiries, supports both private and commercial sales, and helps coordinate delivery schedules in alignment with production and inventory availability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

โ€ข Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person, providing prompt and courteous service.

โ€ข Process sales orders, quotes, and returns through QuickBooks and Mill Manager systems.

โ€ข Track deliveries, update customers on ETAs, and relay information to dispatch when needed.

โ€ข Greet visitors, customers, and drivers at the front office, providing guidance or contact routing as needed.

โ€ข Assist with bilingual communication between office and yard personnel (English/Spanish).

โ€ข Collaborate with production and inventory teams to stay informed about product availability and delivery capabilities.

โ€ข Maintain accurate customer records and documentation using spreadsheets and internal systems.
