Job description

AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we're the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on.

We work on the most challenging problems, with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain - and we're looking for talented people who want to help.
You'll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. You'll collaborate with people across AWS to help us deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers. And you'll experience an inclusive culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to own them to completion.
The AMER Regional Program Manager drives performance improvement across the AMER construction portfolio, serving as the internal-facing program management resource for an assigned cluster

Regional Program Managers are constantly challenged to deliver analytical insight, identify delivery risks before they impact milestones, and drive alignment across cross-functional partner teams - all while ensuring leadership has the information it needs to make timely, informed decisions.
Key job responsibilities
As a Regional Program Manager, you will be part of the internal-facing program management organization driving performance improvement across AMER Construction. Structured with one RPM per cluster, the team provides tactical support through data analysis, progress reporting, and cross-functional coordination to drive successful performance on organizational goals.
You'll navigate complex delivery challenges at the portfolio and cluster level. You'll conduct analytical deep dives on KPI trending, identify gaps and blockers, and partner with Construction, TiPM, Design, DCSP, Commissioning, and Controls teams to drive alignment and remove barriers.
Key responsibilities include:
Deploy periodic business reviews to monitor progress and influence business decisions with regional and cross-regional impact Conduct analytical deep dives on milestone misses and KPI performance to identify root cause and fix actions Deliver weekly progress reporting, build readiness support, escalation reports, and regional pre-syncs at T-6 Serve as single point of contact for regional initiative management - from concept through AMER-wide deployment Drive alignment with partner teams to reduce CM level of effort and remove blockers Compile monthly build health metrics across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Security pillars Develop and scale processes, tools, and templates that prevent and remediate delivery issues
